I wanted to take a moment to wish all the moms a Happy Mother’s Day…\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For as long as I can remember, there was nothing more that I wanted in this world than to have a family. When I started my first business, I remember being asked my “why” and it was simple: To be able to be home with my family for dinner and to attend all the important events in their lives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn’t an easy journey to motherhood for our family. We had many heartbreaks (and many rounds of IVF) along the way before we got to finally hold our two little girls. The journey was long and painful but the reward has been so worth it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My girls are the light of my life and the reason I do what I do. From the time that they were old enough to walk, they’ve come to fixer-upper projects and even slapped on a little paint from time to time! They’ve delivered magazines and holiday gifts and even help stuff envelopes!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have come to show properties with me as an agent, more times than I can count and have made some special friends along the way! I am so very thankful for all the families I get to work with and love helping them on their journey to find the perfect places to call home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And most of all, I love that I’m able to teach my children the value of hard work and to share in the goals. I am grateful that I am able to volunteer at school, attend every event, and be home for dinner with my family every night! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you ARE a mom, have a spouse who is a mom, or simply appreciate your own mom, I hope that you are taking some time off today to appreciate and honor those mothers in your lives.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
