Here are a few simple pointers and reminders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Do not send using a free email service address<\/strong>&nbsp;(like xxx@gmail.com, yyy@hotmail.com). This is a big no-no and with most ISPs implementing strict DMARC rules, you can virtually guarantee that this sends your emails to spam at best and causes your sender reputation to plummet, sometimes unable to rebound.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Make sure you are sending from a valid email address.<\/strong>&nbsp;You should use an address to which someone can reply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Include SPF records in your from address.<\/strong>&nbsp;This is one of the first lines of defense when it comes to deliverability and is basic authentication.
