Springtime has always been a favorite season for me. It’s when the cold of the winter starts to melt away.. and the flowers, chicks, longer days, and warmer weather ushers in a new beginning.
I wanted to take this moment to wish you and your family a Happy Easter / Happy Passover.
Our theme this season is Rebirth. A time for renewal, growth, and transformation.
This year has been a mixed bag of blessings and “growth” 😉 in our personal lives, business, and community.
Whether it’s cleaning out a closet that’s been accumulating clutter or clearing some mental things that are causing you stress and frustration, it’s a great time to “declutter” all the extra stuff that’s filling up our spaces (physical and mental) and make room for new.
Spring also represents a time for change for many people. It’s a great time for new beginnings and adventures!
This season of awakening serves as a fitting metaphor for the real estate market, as it too is experiencing a period of growth and transformation.
And with the current landscape (mortgage rates on the rise, politics, home prices outpacing income, and the fear of a looming recession), many are wondering what to make of it all.
Home prices in the area have more than doubled since the onset of the pandemic, and buyer demand is still very strong.
